Mr. Joe Antonucci – Band Director

A native of Long Island, Joe Antonucci pursued his Bachelors of Music at George Mason University. While in undergrad, he enjoyed a myriad of unique performing opportunities including the highlight “Mix It Up” show at Busch Gardens through the Summer of 2014. He began teaching with Fairfax County Public Schools shortly after, while pursuing additional degrees at Mason. Throughout his masters, Joe was acknowledged several times for outstanding performance alongside winning the 2017 George Mason University Concerto Competition. Throughout his work as a doctoral candidate, Joe has held an adjunct faculty position at Mason, working with the “Green Machine” Athletic ensembles and running the “Dirty Gold Brass Band”. As a current performer, Joe spends every Monday gigging with the Craftworx Big Band in Gainesville, VA. As a teacher, Joe is currently in his 9th year with Fairfax County. He has taught at Whitman Middle School and Langley High School.
Ms. Danielle Quiles – Color Guard Director

Danielle is originally from Seattle, WA. She graduated from Fauquier High School in 2009. Upon graduation she spent a summer traveling and performing with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps, returning to be the Color Guard Director with Kettle Run High School for the next 6 years. She then went on to direct at Woodbridge Senior High School (2016-2020) and assisted at Rock Ridge High School (2019-2020). She currently works as a weapon technician with George Mason University Winter Guard. She has performed with Creation Independent (2009-2010), Impact Independent (2011-2012), Stonewall Independent (2013-2014), and has helped assist as a choreographer and technician with W.T. Woodson High School (2010-2011), Bluestone High School (2010-2013), Stonewall spin clinics and various guard camps.
