Come out for an evening of great music by our great students. The Fall Concert will begin at 7p in the Auditorium.

• Join us for Restaurant Day at Honeygrow!
• 7698 Richmond Highway, #42
• This is an ALL DAY fundraiser, running 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Dine in, order online, or get carry out.
• Use Code “Give 149” at the kiosk or via the website (do not use Door Dash or Grub Hub etc. because we won’t earn anything from your order).
• If you haven’t been there, Honeygrow has tasty stir-fries, salads, and a “honey-bar”. Have lunch, dinner, or just a snack. We’ll get 20% of your order.
• Tell your local family, friends, and neighbors!

• 6770 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria
• Use code N8BLXYC for online and App orders.
• Mention West Potomac Band and show our flyer if you dine in the restaurant.
• Our goal is to raise $250 with this fundraiser. So, bring your family, tell your friends, tell your kids’ friends, and tell your neighbors! Keep your kitchens clean!

Come out for a SNEAK PEEK as the 2026 West Potomac Marching Band and Color Guard debut their new program, DISTORTED, on Friday, August 21 at the long awaited Parent Preview Night.

Volunteer needs include a few adult volunteers to set up the pizza dinner in the cafeteria after the performance (you’ll already be there, so this is super easy). The pizza dinner will start whenever the show ends as well as a couple of additional hands are needed to break down the pit and prop equipment immediately following the performance. Sign up here!

Mark your calendars for the Band Banquet on June 4 at 5pm, in West Potomac’s Cafeteria. We have a lot planned – celebrating seniors and our accomplishments this year and recognizing the winners of a few awards Mr. Antonucci will present. We are also making plans for our delicious feast from Paisano’s with drinks and desserts.

RSVP: We want to ensure we have enough food for all. When responding please make a small contribution of $5/person. You may also do this in person on the night of the event.

Volunteer:To offset the costs of dinner, please consider donating a cooler with ice, drinks or dessert. Lastly, we need a few volunteers to help with set up, clean up, and serving food.

Join in on a night of great music and celebration for our Seniors on May 21 in the Auditorium.
